Garlic Once-Per-Day Pure-Gar
The Garlic Once-Per-Day 650mg tablets available from Nature's Wealth Vitamins is form the Pure-Gar brand of garlic, supplied by Essentially Pure Ingredients, the worlds largest and most advanced producer of high quality standardized garlic products. Their process begins with high yield garlic bulbs. The bulbs are harvested and then gently cool-dried as part of a proprietary process that prevents the allicin from forming until the garlic contacts water in the digestive tract.
Each Garlic Once-Per-Day tablet is enteric coated to break down in the alkaline environment of the small intestines. This coating also is helpful in reducing the odor.
Each enteric coated garlic supplement extract in Nature's Wealth Vitamins is equal to one-half clove of fresh garlic and contains 6000mcg of Allicin Yield and 13,200mcg of Alliin.
Garlic contains many sulfur compounds that protect the body from harmful bacteria.
Garlic has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and lower blood lipid levels. Garlic is also known to help fight colds and flu.
Garlic is not recommended for people who take blood thinning drugs.
